These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," "you," or "your") and phrelx (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phrelx online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content accessible through the website https://phrelx.cam and any associated mobile applications.

By creating an account on phrelx, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a phrelx account or use any of our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age under Philippine law to participate in online gaming activities. phrelx reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other documentation to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

1.2 Jurisdiction and Location

The phrelx Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from within the Philippines and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gaming activities. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

1.3 Account Registration Process

To access phrelx Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile telephone number, email address, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy throughout the duration of your account relationship with phrelx.

1.4 Single Account Limitation

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phrelx account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or using different devices, is strictly prohibited. If phrelx determines that you have created or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to immediately close all such accounts, confiscate any balances, void all wagers and winnings, and permanently ban you from the Platform.

1.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted under your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. You must immediately notify phrelx of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

2.1 Deposit Methods

phrelx accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from Philippine-licensed financial institutions including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported banks. All deposits must be made from accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary based on payment method and your account verification status. phrelx reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to successful completion of all applicable verification procedures. Standard processing time for verified accounts is fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash withdrawals and twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for bank transfers. phrelx reserves the right to extend processing times for security reviews, compliance investigations, or during periods of high transaction volume.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, phrelx requires you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued identification document (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent you from withdrawing funds from your account.

2.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phrelx maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. phrelx reserves the right to request additional documentation and to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

2.6 Currency

All financial transactions on the phrelx Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds from an account denominated in a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, which are your sole responsibility.

3. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

3.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the phrelx Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be manipulated by phrelx or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent theoretical long-term returns.

3.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are clearly displayed within each game interface. phrelx reserves the right to adjust betting limits, restrict maximum winnings, or limit your account activity at any time, particularly if we identify unusual betting patterns or suspect coordinated play.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Use of bots, automated software, or other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions;
• Card counting, edge sorting, or other advantage play techniques in live dealer games;
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly;
• Use of stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment instruments, or participation in payment fraud;
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorized access to phrelx systems.

3.4 Disputes and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, all affected bets and payouts are void. phrelx will investigate all disputed game outcomes and render a final decision within seventy-two (72) hours. Our decision in such matters is final and binding.

3.5 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, all related bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. phrelx reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started or if we determine that the bettor had access to information not available to the general public at the time the bet was placed.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by phrelx are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the Platform at the time the offer is made available. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, and time limits.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

phrelx reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate any bonus and associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors, coordinating with other players, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

4.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

phrelx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, any unused bonus funds will be removed from your account, but properly wagered funds that have been converted to real money balance will not be affected.

5. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

5.1 Self-Exclusion Tools

phrelx is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide self-exclusion tools that allow you to temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the Platform. Self-exclusion periods available include twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days, thirty (30) days, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or make deposits.

5.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on your phrelx account at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours before becoming effective. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

5.3 Reality Checks and Session Reminders

phrelx provides optional session time reminders that notify you of the duration of your gaming session at intervals you specify. We encourage all players to use these tools to maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.

6. Account Closure and Termination

6.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your phrelx account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of all pending wagering requirements.

6.2 phrelx's Right to Terminate

phrelx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Circumstances that may result in account termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in any prohibited activities as defined in Section 3.3;
• Failure to respond to verification requests within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or other criminal activity;
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward phrelx staff or other players.

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for cause, phrelx reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance, void all pending bets, and withhold any winnings. If your account is closed for reasons not involving fraud or breach of this Agreement, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phrelx Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and audiovisual materials, is the property of phrelx or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the phrelx Platform except as necessary for your personal use of the Services. Any unauthorized use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

phrelx strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or that access will be error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, for maintenance, security updates, or any other reason.

8.2 No Warranties

The phrelx Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phrelx does not warrant that the Platform will meet your expectations or that defects will be corrected.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phrelx, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phrelx has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All gaming activities conducted on the phrelx Platform are subject to PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phrelx customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

9.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to pursue claims on a class-wide basis.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Amendments

phrelx reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time by posting the updated terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and phrelx regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of phrelx. phrelx may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time without your consent.
